I find this to be the most useful folder I had ever used. It holders all the documents in place and I can easily flip through it to find what I need in the folder!

The dividers will help with turning a standard folder into a "classification" folder. The built in fasteners mean no separate ones are required. Helps if want to do top punched items, for side punched, might be an idea to make those (i.e., Smead should). Otherwise need to get separate ones and add. Depends on preference.
